Come dine with Lily Randall
Learn and taste
How to use spices, herbs, fruits, roots, to kick from boring to bursting with body-nourishing goodness. Learn to prepare delicious healthy cuisine without culinary degree.
Healthy food gets a bad rap? Need not be so! This evening combines class and dining. We'll start with flavors from a typical kitchen, tasting raw vegan tortilla soup, carrot cookie and fennel sweet potato hummus. Each dish will cover different flavors that help breath life into your plant-based dishes.
Lily Randall is a Naples local, with a strong passion for creating a healthy environment. She is a certified sports nutrition and health coach, skilled in creating plant-based flavorful recipes for all ages.
Through many years of organizing events and teaching through applied and inquiry-based learning, she is reaching out to greater parts of the community, looking to help simplify the message of plant-based and natural foods.
Lily's budding website and social media account, Nutrition Knowledge Drive (NKDhealthyliving.com) looks to encourage viewers to regularly incorporate consumption of whole plant-based foods, incorporate various forms of activity, and even commit to a philanthropic cause on any scale.
She constantly is experimenting, and enacting her own teachings in her own daily life, with plants coming out of her ears in her kitchen and tower gardens, in regular workouts and ventures with her significant other, with her pets, and in the volunteer care at a local exotic animal sanctuary.
