For our EATomology session on The International Day of Peace celebration, we’ll offer a menu that will make you feel in balance, positive and peaceful:
- Salad of Mixed Organic Greens with Fresh Berry Dressing
- Kale Wraps
- Cashew Filled Peppers
- Spiced Quinoa & Fruit Salad
All recipes are original and feature foods that promote the release of 'feel-good' substances like serotonin and oxytocin.

TANIA MELKONIAN, Chef, writer and educator covers the culinary angle in EATomology. During the Edible Education Sessions, Tania will demonstrate culinary techniques and serve delicious dishes starring our feature ingredients.
