Develop your meditation practice or revitalize and deepen an already established practice.
You will gain an understanding of the benefits of meditation and will learn techniques to help you:
- Understand why meditation helps reduce levels of stress and anxiety
- Learn new breathing patterns that help quiet the mind
- Focus your mind and gain awareness of your body
The Instructor:
Cici has recently completed her Reiki Master & Teacher Certifications with RM Silvia Casabianca at Eyes Wide Open Center. She has been studying and practicing meditation for a while at both the Anahata Center and the Eyes Wide Open Center.
"The most meaningful part of the Reiki Training, from student to Master, is the overall healing I am experiencing, not in the sense of cures, but becoming whole; the realization of my personal purpose. One thing I learned, is that I desire to be of service to the community."
Cici has been a Reiki volunteer practitioner, and an adjunct Reiki Teacher at Wide Open Center. She is also the Reiki Clinic Coordinator. The Reiki Clinic, every other month, provides people with 45-minute Reiki sessions for only $11, a very affordable opportunity to experience the benefits of Reiki.
