Pathways to a higher consciousness is a meditation class led by Yolanda Beckers, director of Innerlight Center of Naples. She will help you understand your true self; get into the depths of meditation and enhance your wisdom through workshops and CDs.
Materials include the workbook Pathways to Higher Consciousness, by Ken O 'Donnell. Each week students receive a CD to practice.
Cost for materials is $25 and a $10 donation per class is appreciated (You pay the teacher directly).

About the Instructor:
Yolanda is presently the director of the Innerlight Center for Awakening in Naples, Florida. She has been on the spiritual path for over 23 years. Yolanda has studied Naturopathy, Ananda Yoga and Spring Forest Qigong and is a licensed Massage Therapist. She is a teacher for the Spiritual University of the Brahma Kumaris and has led diverse workshops in New York, Florida, France, Holland, Puerto Rico and Switzerland. Yolanda was taught healing sound techniques by Tibetan monks. She has been teaching courses in holistic conflict resolution at Nova University. Her love is to share wisdom and light with others.
